Now I'm a little bit confused. AFAIK the id-fields can be named anything in 
Doctrine. Or am I wrong? Not being able to name them differently than '$id' 
is something from Synfony or whatever, not from Doctrine, isn't it? I also 
wouldn't understand how you use an identity called $id when you have a 
multiple primary key.
