Hi guys, *Is it currently possible with Doctrine 2 to use custom index and foreign key names?*
I have a convention to name indexes like Book_Author and foreign keys like FK_Book_Author, but Doctrine 2 uses hash-based names like IDX_C971A6DA21C4E45A and FK_22A5DBBCF63B8E17. As a consequence, the command "orm:schema-tool:update --dump-sql" generates a lot of junk, and is hardly of any use to me.
