Indeed, I didn’t know you could actually specify indexes / unique constraints 
in the entity file! Thanks for the pointer.

As for FK names, you’re right, there’s no real value in not letting Doctrine 
handle them automatically.

This is because after setting index manually in SQL console, you did not add 
the index in entity file. If you define indices in entity files, it won't be 
replaced with their hash-named.
