I'm not wanting to use Doctrine, I've already got that sorted.

What I want to do is tinker with the source code and see whether I have a
real problem and then provide a pull request.

But the dev documentation talks about phing, and appears out of date.

Where can I get a newbies guide to contributing to Doctrine?
