Korte toelichting: er is de laatste tijd in board e.a. gesproken over het gebruiken van de term ondersteuning', die veelal wordt begrepen als een 'zakelijke ondersteuning'. Dat is iets dat TDF echter niet doet. Daarom gaan we de term ondersteuning alleen gebruiken wanneer wordt verwezen naar mogelijkheden voor zakelijke ondersteuning. Voor het overige is het dus 'assistentie' en 'hulp'. En met betrekking tot beschikbare versie van LibreOffice is het niet 'ondersteunde' versies, maar 'onderhouden' versies. Oudere versies worden niet meer onderhouden.
