Hi Gunnar, Open Ubuntu Software Center and search for Desktop Preferences. The description for Desktop Preferences in Software Center is "Change desktop wallpapers and behavior of desktop manager."
Under this title and description on the page for Desktop Preferences is data for PCMan File Manager. I copied the web link from the Edit menu and got http://apt.ubuntu.com/p/pcmanfm Desktop Preferences is used in Xubuntu to set desktop background and menu and icon behavior. Thanks for your help.
