Narayan, This exact topic was discussed at the documentation conference call. As Jean has expressed we will most likely be continuing with the development in ODT format mainly due to page formatting and publishing reasons. There will be an 'Online Help' which is being developed for inclusion directly into LibreOffice. As a part of the documentation system on the longer term LibreOffice Drupal website, which will replace the current test.libreoffice.org site in a couple of months, we are building tools which will allow authors to source parts of a document from other authors but still maintain the quality control that a wiki lacks.
