Hello Version 4.1 of the Preface, Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 of the Draw Guide are now in the Drafts LO4.1 folder ready for review and comment.

Only very minor changes have been carried out to bring these chapters up to Version 4.1 The file names have also been changed to reflect Version 4.1.
