And now I've checked my file in Windows 10. Same issue as on macOS and Linux. Not sure why Dave and Ilmari did not see the same as I do, unless my original description was not clear. I have also checked Bugzilla and not found a filed bug, though I can never find bugs by searching. I'll try to find time to file my own bug report, but it probably won't be soon. Meanwhile, I'm not sure what to do about updating Chapter 11. Some screenshots need replacing (the current ones are of very poor quality), but I'm unable to get a pic of what's described, or verify that the description is correct. I guess I'll do what I can and return it unfinished for someone else to deal with.
