I our case that is not an issue. I can't speak for all languanges of course.
We replace all the images because most of them are in Englisch.


Title bar seems unnecessary when most toolbar pix have a figure caption
that gives its name.

I think it looks better when the title bar is included.
And I agree with Oliver to reshape the toolbar if needed.
