I got the seat out, turned out to be a quarter stuck in the track.
And after getting all the upholstery off and welding the broken
seatback mount on, I saw the seat pan had extensive cracking around
the 4 screws that hold the pan to the frame.

I removed the pan and ground away the broken areas where the pan
attaches to the frame. Then I used some JB Weld and glued 4 fender
washers at the mount points. After the JB set up I attached the seat
to the frame with some 5/16" nuts and bolts. This seat isn't
wiggling anymore !

By the way, don't ever open up the electric switch that moves the
seat position. Lots of little switches inside. I opened mine to
check why it rattled. It was working fine but curiosity got the best
of me. It took the better part of an hour to get it back together and
working properly. I should know better than to do something stupid
like that !
