Spray a good amount of throttle body cleaner into the TB
around the spindle area, and see if that helps.  Your spindle
may be sticking a bit.  Barring that failing to do anything
significant, disconnect the AIC and clean it up pretty good
before putting it back into the TB (two torx screws removes it).

 I HAVE A 96 DODGE INTREPID I CHANGE THE SPARK PLUGS, OIL,
SPWIRING,FILTERS, HOSES AND BELTS. THE PROBLEM SEEMS TO BE THAT THE CAR
IS STILL SHAKING QUITE A BIT, NOT A LOT BUT WHAN I FIRST BOUGHT THE CAR
