I am at 137,000 miles plus and my mechanic has reported that I have a small oil leak off a gasket. He said it is very small and not noticeable on the dipstick at every oil change, but he can see the run/burn off underneath. I had noticed smelling a small amount of oil after a cold start one day and figured there must be one hidden in there.
I was also down a bit on coolant in the holding tank. I usually lose a little after long trips. Typically I have to add some after 2 years or so. The CD player is taking longer to play CD's now. Either the lens is dirty or the motor is slow on spin up. The display just shows bars for almost 20 seconds before it starts, sometimes missing the first few notes. I decided to put off a new vehicle until later this year. (been putting off for about 2 years now) Its getting harder to come back to the Trep. Every trip I take I rent a car and then come back and drive the Trep and actually feel how old it is getting. ------------------------ Yahoo!
