Awesome Yahoo Group, I just got a used 2000 Intrepid (63K miles) with the 2.7L engine, after reading this group the first thing I did was flush the engine & used Castrol Syntec (probably I'll use Mobil 1 in my next 3000 miles oil change). So far I have no major problems with the car but a couple of concers. The one I am most concern is this one: Sometimes at idle after 15 to 20 mins of drivig the RPM's moves from 700-600rpm to 500rpm & the oil light starts flickering, but goes away once i start driving again. That never happens when the engine is cold. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.
