Remove (or have someone else do this) the oil pressure lamp sensor, replacing it temporarily with a mechanical gauge that you can look at while the engine is running. If the oil pressure is within specs per Chrysler, replace the sensor (they do go bad, not rarely). If oil pressure is low per the specs, seek help because there could be sludge built up in the engine, which could cause its demise. The sensor itself is cheap.
