You can try any of several abrasive type polishes.  Even toothpaste 
works, to a point.  Or wet-sand it with 1500 grit wet sandpaper, then 
2000 grit and finish off with polishing compound (the kind that is NOT 
marked as 'clearcoat-safe'...just as you might color-sand a paint repair 
on a car.  But it'll never match the new one and it'll age back, because 
years of exposure to ultraviolet has taken its toll on the clear plastic.
