I have a 2000 Intrepid. One of the two 3rd brake lights is out. Do you have to remove the inside panel on the trunk lid to get to the bulbs? There doesn't seem to be a way from the outside, and unless you have one of those tools to remove the plastic buttons that hold up the liner, you can't do it without causing damage to the trunk liner.
