There is a drain plug at the bottom passenger side of
the radiator.  Turn it counter clockwise.  Most,
especially those with some miles on them, can be quite
stobborn to open up.  But it's a heck of a lot cleaner
than trying to pop a full lower radiator hose.

You should be able to drain the whole system from that
plug.
