Are you judging this based on what you see on the
dipstick or did you do a change?  If you're just
referencing the stick then I'd suggest doing a fluid
and filter change.  When the fluid is thin it's hard
to see discoloration.  But when you have a whole
bucket filled it's easy to gauge it's condition.  Also
the filter can be obstructed.  If you did change the
fluid, how's the car driving now?
