Thanks everyone who threw up some ideas. Really appreciate the ideas
and exchanges coming across.

Took my '04 SXT to a different dealer across town and they were able
to resolve everything. According to the invoice this is exactly what
they did:

--"Went over all suspension bolts and front end components;
tightened motor mounts, cradle bolts, strut rods, etc."--

--"Resurfaced rotors and replaced front pads."--

Everything covered under the 3/36 warranty.

Problem solved for now. There aren't any noises, crunching, or
creaking sounds anymore. Prior to me posting this here I sent off a
strong and sternly worded letter to that first dealer's general
manager and both service managers letting them know how seriously
disappointed and dissatisfied I am with them for not being able to
diagnose or calculate these problems while I was there-- three
different times! So, all's well that end's well.

Hey, by the way: what in the world could cause motor mounts or the
cradle bolts to loosen on my SXT? Especially with only 15,000 miles?
Never had any issues like these with my '99 Base before.
