There are people who have put together kits to do the 2.7L->3.2L swap.
Their website is currently unavailable, however.

A junk yard is going to be your best source for the engine.  If you're
willing to pay for a rebuilt motor at AutoZone (which sells junkyard parts
now, too), why don't you just have the 2.7 rebuilt?  It would be a lot less
hassle.
