Gee, are you unusually tall? I'm nearly 6', and I don't have this issue. I sit with the power seat tilted in such a way that the front of the cushion is all the way up, the back of the cushion is all the way down, and the seatback is tilted back maybe 25 degrees. I'm sure if I elevated the seat and ran it forward I could get uncomfortably close to the windshield, but the way I have it set up, both myself and my 5'4" wife can drive the car comfortably.
