Mike,

Our 2002 Intrepid SXT came equipped with Michelin  MXV4+ (size: P225/55R17)
tires and lasted 67,000 miles.

We researched many tires for replacements and decided on B.F.Goodrich Traction
T/A's.  They now have 24,000 miles and we've had no problems.

But I completely over looked one small detail when deciding these
tires.....they're directional.  I will never make that mistake again.  Since
I've always been big on cris-cross tire rotation, I'm now stuck with only being
able to rotate the tires from front to back, back to front unless they're
remounted.  And I feel that there is a good possibility that we're going to get
far less mileage compared to the non-directional tires.

Jay

Hey everybody! I would like to know if anyone has any
recomendations

when it comes to buying tires for the Intrepid? I'm in the process of

buying some and was wondering what all of you think would be a wise

purchase. I have been looking at Goodyear Assurance Comfor Tred and

Triple Tred tires. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks!
