Owners and owners-to-be of the Intrepid.Speaking of the Idle air control valve
My issue with the high idle is still present after replacing it altho its a
little more manageable now. so far a rotted hose has been replaced and the
IAC, RPM at idle will still get up to around 2K but usually after the car has
been running for a short time.. on initial startup the rpm is in normal ranges.
Now would i be correct to assume theres a vacum leak elsewhere in the system?
Its been replaced now for over a month and i figure by now the computer would
have re-adjusted for the new part..
