Yep, sounds like you need two new O2 sensors.  Avoid Bosch brand.
Seriously, they're junk.

The trouble with Chilton's is that they combine information on several
different sub models of the car into one.  It is a poor substitute for the
actual factory shop manual, or, second best, AllData, which you can either
subscribe to for a year's subscription for about $30, or sometimes get for
free at your local public library.  Your car came with a choice of two
different engines, a 3.3L and a 3.5L.  The 3.5L had up and down-stream
sensors.  I am not sure about the 3.3L; I didn't have one of those.  I would
not be at all surprised if Chilton's is just plain *wrong* about that.  By
the way, Haynes isn't any better.

By the way, AllData is owned at least in part by Autozone, and the repair
info you can get from their website for free comes from Alldata.  It's not
the full set of info, but it might be worth a look.
