G'Day all.
I have been asked about seals for the Brakes for the H36.
The Slave Cylinder stuff for the 5X5 as used in the H36 is here.

The master Cylinder info is here.

I reckon from memory the Master Cylinder model is the 10-5 with the park
brake valve.
NOTE. These seals are for AIRCRAFT HYDRAULIC FLUID which is the standard for
Cleveland Brakes which the Dimona uses.
If you have a Dimona running CAR BRAKE FLUID you will need to find and
alternate source. If you run the wrong fluid with either version the seals
will break down.
Later models of the Dimona used car brake fluid (Hoffmann changed the seals
in th ebrakes) but the earlier models (like those that came from the Thai
Air Force Auction) used the standard Cleveland seals which use normal
Hydraulic Oil.
Note, changing the seals and changing the fluid to suite means flushing the
lines and changing the Hydraulic hose between the Master Cylinder and the
Undercarriage Tube line Tee entry point. That is to say the hose is likely
to be incompatible with the fluid change.
More to come later on the best method to bleed the system for those that
haven't tackled it yet.
Cheers.
Nige.
