A LAME friend of mine Harry Mason (Gold Coast) has been to Diamond several times re service on the DA20 and diesel engine and he advised the only person to deal with there is [email protected] as he does know things and aircraft but "Ebner, Christa" <[email protected]>, is useless and would not know the difference between a glider and a aircraft.
Philip Shanks was the service manager and was Excellent but gather he has left and may have gone back to Canada. Ian McPhee
