G'day All With problems like this I feel that the Australian agent should be going into bat for us with the factory and help resolve the issues that have arisen. I bet you if you contacted the Australian head office of Toyota about a problem with a Toyota Service Centre they would try to sort it out...Even if it did involve an older model Toyota. Rob

I am trying to find what Christian Streifeneder pays for that part as this seem to be a case for my friend at ACCC.
