Hi Ian, If you use a longer bolt on the front attachment point and use a suitable spacer to lower the wire you can make it clear the exhaust. It doesn't take much. Rob

However I have been looking at the 2 * cables that transfer the thrust from the engine into the Fuse .... Seems a bit dodgy. So I thought a question to those who have got to know one of these little rockets in depth. (even though a few years ago now) If you are looking at the engine from the front, the left hand cable runs from the bracket under the engine to a separate bracket BELOW the rubber engine mount bolt. That seems OK, but the right hand side attaches to a bracket actually under the bolt head of that side mounting rubber. All that seems OK, but the RHS cable actually is touching the exhaust pipe from the front cylinder. This Dimona has a short length of heat tube on the cable to insulate it from the exhaust heat ... and has a little burn mark on it. I recon that seems a bit too dodgy.... what do you think ??
