For those of you who use avgas 100LL, be prepared to have the results come back advising very high lead content. Despite the LL rating on the fuel it is very very high lead content, and can be mistaken for bearing wear. ( see the data sheets on 100LL) Do not mention aircraft as that immediately raises insurance road blocks for the testing facility. The microscopic examination of the oil filter will show bearing pieces if there are any.
