That flange on the access cover is It?  Maybe 120 pounds of fuel and minus
2 g's or so for design ultimate load. I guess that the shear strength of
any one of the four screws exceeds that, but I am amazed that that passes
engineering. But kudos to the guy who drew up the gas tank and made it fit
for r&r.
