Hello,

>From videos available on Youtube I learned that prior to any attempt at
synchronizing the twin carbs, one must disconnect the linkage rod between
them. However once I did this on one of the carbs I noticed that the
throttle got immediately pushed to full open by the spring. It made no
sense. I reconnected the linkage and just regulated the turnbuckles on both
sides until the vacuum on both sides was about the same. The vacuum gauges
were attached to ports from which I took off the ends of the vacuum
equalizing hose (linking both carbs).

Has anyone else had a similar experience or did I try and do the whole
thing the wrong way?

Regards
Jarek
