That’s very funny Nigel. Sadly, it’s not true - it was debunked about Rudd in 2010 and is a variation that was used about George Bush, Hillary Clinton et al. The man in the photo rejoiced in the name “Black Jack” Ketchum and was hanged in 1901 in New Mexico.I wish it was true.
