This was done by photographing the take-off at about half second intervals from a tripod mounted camera. The images have been superimposed so the take off roll and initial climb can bee seen on the attached image. The position of the lift off and 15metre obstacle clearance points have been determined by sight lines to known background objects which are marked on the attached Google satellite image. The 15 metre obstacle height clearance has been determined by reference to the tail height (2 metres) in the picture. The relevant Google map with info can be found at https://drive.google.com/open?id=1tkQJ_A8UMsZF1zkqOg1tzu62206fXpp7&usp=sharing Details of test flight: Monday 28th May 2018. Wind 315 degrees 3 kts. Elevation 230 feet Pilot 1 = 88kg, Pilot 2 = 95kg, Fuel 40 litres (29kg), Empty Weight 581.3kg, AUW 793kg Actual performance: Ground roll 153 metres. To clear a 15 metre obstacle 277 metres. Flight manual (page 35) figures - ground level at 15 degrees: Ground roll 207 metres. To clear 15 metre obstacles 361 metres Cheers and thanks for your efforts in pursuing this!
