I use std Aero Classic 280/250-4... 4pr. You can get 6pr but do not think
it is necessary. The cheapies are no worth it, it my opinion.

I also carry on trip a spare tyre tube and on spare rim ready to go.

If I happen to have a flat on trip then I carry a German made REMA TIP TOP
patches and glue. Done properly it is as good as new tube.
