I use Goodyear flight customs, and ( knock on wood ) I haven't gotten any
flats. I did get one whilst training in a L13 vivat - it was a junky old
bird, and a low budget instructor/operator, and he made me ( and Kristin )
get underneath the wing, brace it against our hips/lower backs, and lift
with our legs until he got the wheel on/off. I gave the finger to a private
jet that laughed at us. Great instructor, great glider, great lesson.
