Using english only on this mailing list was already decided. However
there is still user that speak naturally in their mother language and
does not use english. I will try to repeat this directive to everybody.
If it still does not work, i will try another solution (adding a
validation and refuse emailng if not in english). May be a new mailing
list should be created for french users that are most active.
I will speak of this during meeting of core team last week...
