Hi all: I like the proposal of changing the bugtracker... I don't find intuitive at all reporting bugs and/or using the tuleap platform... Why don't you take a look at The Bug Genie? (http://www.thebuggenie.com/index.php). It's an opensource php bug tracker that looks quite good.
