That would only work if it's a particular product or service without
change to its text within the invoice. Let's assume you have an item for
a PC. It doesn't make sense to have each individual configuration as an
item on its own, because the components change daily. Now you want to
see who bought a system with a Ryzen CPU...
Other example: You charge services done by workers from a subcontractor.
You don't know the name of the technician until you get the invoice. Now
you have a complaint where a particular worker made a mistake, and
because you fear he could have made the same before, you want to know
which of the jobs were done by this person...

If you know the name of the service, you can go on tab related item of
the service. You will get list of all invoices that include the service.
Another solution is to add a tag to the service and then search in
list of invoice to filter on this tag.
