[domains-dev] Test Managed DNS

Trying to work with the Managed DNS API. I noticed that Managed DNS doesn't 
appear on the server status page and whenever I try to use anything in the 
DNS.ZONE object I get a permission error.  Is there any way to test the Managed 
DNS?
