I've never personally understood that either -- it seems that it puts a lot of extra stress on the OpenSRS support teams, as that appears to be the only vehicle for resetting these accounts credentials in the inevitable case of a customer forgetting things. To their credit, they are extremely responsive. With the 'subaccount' features, it just seems unnecessary. When I wrote the Net::OpenSRS module for CPAN, I decided to sidestep that entirely. http://search.cpan.org/~mahlon/Net-OpenSRS-0.02/lib/Net/OpenSRS.pm (See the section titled 'assumptions'.) > 2) I did a Ruby API : http://src.bytemark.co.uk/trac/ops-ruby Nice. I started the process of porting the perl stuff to ruby, but other ventures and real life have kept me side tracked. :) -Mahlon -- Mahlon E.
