The CCS blog now has a link for the full source. It's the last item
in the left-hand column and it doesn't have a large heading like
other items in that column.

The link leads to this page:

http://ccs.tucows.com/blog/_WebPages/fullsource.html

which gives a brief explanation and a link to download the full source.
