This morning (night for you) it showed either a timeout error (client side) or a squid error message from elrond.vpop.net. Documentation in general doesn't suck. But it's distributed over different places which makes things a bit harder than necessary and I miss some kind of (public or restricted to resellers) bug and feature request tracking system.
