Uhh, I disagree. Why have Tucows employees post anonymously? What's the benefit? Imo, there's much benefit in knowing who is posting. I find it very irritating when I contact some company's tech support/sales division, and the bottom of the email says: The support team. The sales team. That's it. Especially irritating if the customer service level is questionable.
