Hello,

we had (and still have) no problems submitting .EU domains
vie the RWI or via API.

Yes, thats right, because the EU section is for sunrise
domains only. Orders for landrush (and also for sunrise) can
be found in the "Order in Progress" section.

It's live since 2nd April.

I'm not sure whats going on.
We submitted on sunday, very short after tucows released the
new Version of the RWI where it was possible to submit EU domains to
the tucows queue, a lot of domains in to the tucows queue.

Now, 2,5 hours after the registry opened no one of our domains
was submitted (as shown in the RWI, all domains are "Waiting
for registry response")

I'm not sure if the RWI is in realtime, and if they update
the registry response in realtime. I can check, that some of
the domains we submitted are already registered, but I
cannot see if the domains belong to us or another one, because
the eurid whois service cannot be reached at the moment.

I also found no information that the landrush start is
delayed. An update from tucows whats going on at the .EU
landrush would be very helpful.

Best regards,

Bernd Hilmar
