I didn't reply because we don't rely on Tucows for our renewal notices. We generate our own notices (except for the 5 day which Tucows sends on their own) from the reseller notices that Tucows sends to us. All of our contacts (admin, billing, tech) get 90, 60, 30, 5, and 0 day renewal notices.
