Hi, Can someone help me better understand the auction domain procedure?
As far as I get it, we make a commission on each domain successfully auctioned through us. At day -81 we get charged for a year's renewal of the domain (the money is taken from our Tucows account). On day -100-105 the auction commission is put into our account. Does this mean we are meant to charge the auction winner for a year's renewal *after* they have already paid the auction price? I'm really hoping that the year renewal is included in the auction fee they pay or I can see some problems with this.
