Hi Clara, I'm sorry if I was not clear. It's not the documentation in the resellers area, it is the documentation in the Tucows auction area for the end-user. If you click on the Help link and you are using a mozilla browser it opens the help section, however, the navigation does not always work. In checking this morning it does seem to be working, at least on the first page. I have not opened all help links. Up until recently the help section opened in a small 100px by 100px box that could not even be re-sized.
However, no where in the help section does it advise the bidder of the escrow period, or the fact that the winning bidder MAY be subject to a charge by their respective auction provider. It's my feeling this information should be handled much like a domain registration is handled. The bidder should be subjected to a check box that would indicate they have read and agree with the auction terms, including the fact that a domain can not be transferred to another registrar within the first 60 days. Thank you. Maxine Appleby namebids.com Clara Cabral Allan wrote: >Hi Maxine, > >I'm sorry to hear the documentation for the Auction service isn't as useful >to you as you'd like.
