Last week there were some problems which were apparently fixed,
according to:

I registered a couple of new domains and initiated a domain transfer in
the last 24 hours, but didn't get the usual "New domain registered"
emails from Tucows. Is anyone else having this problem? I didn't change
any of my reseller settings, etc. Sending email to that account from
Gmail works fine, so I don't think it's my POP email provider at fault.

Everything is green (i.e. "Online", no issues) at
http://status.tucows.com/ so I wondering if it's just me. :(
