Hi all, For those resellers on the list, my appologies for the intrusion. Writing to the list unfortunately seems to be the only way to get support from Tucows these days.
I wrote to support early this morning as well as a Cc to our sales rep about a problem a customer of ours was having that prevented them from being able to register a domain into their existing account. Error message is "Failetd attempt: Data must not be unicode". I also tried calling, Tucows phone rings & then just goes dead. In cases like this, *our* support to our customers is only as good as when we can get support from Tucows, and right now in this case, *our* support terrible. We keep getting as do other resellers reassurances that things are getting better. We've been hearing this for more than a couple of years now. Yet to see any evidence of this, though. Heather, can you please make sure we get some help with this? You seem to be the only one with Tucows that is responsive.
